The bill (Reg. No. 2013a) suggests: introducing mechanisms of filing a claim by the participant (shareholder) of business partnership to the Economic Court; introducing requirement for compensation for damages to the partnership, etc.
The respective changes are to be made in the Civil, Economic and Economic–Procedural Codes of Ukraine, laws “On Business Partnerships”, “On Securities and Stock Market”, “On Joint-Stock Companies.”
The Committee Members deem adoption of the bill will increase level of rights protection and legal interests of investors.
